Our Mission and Purpose is to promote and nurture the gifts and
talents of the underprivileged of all ages. SOTL Production Inc., established in 1998, is dedicated to developing the gifts and talents of “At-Risk Youths” by giving them the necessary tools to craft their own success. We target youths that are in trouble of dropping out of High School, by extending them the opportunity to enroll in our program for one year FREE based on High School Completion and Graduation.
We also have programs for those individuals found in Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation Centers, Homeless Shelters, Juvenile Detention Facilities & Halfway Houses Gang-Related Youths & Victims of Domestic Violence. .
All individuals must first complete a 90 day program that is set up through numerous churches titled "“Freedom from the Bondage’s of Sin". (Church List Available upon request) This program is a twelve week program that teaches and counsels on how to deal with matters such as Rape, Abuse, Violence, Drugs, Incest, Molestation, Prostitution, dealing with the occult etc. This 12 week program is mandatory as a first step prior to enrolling in SOTL Production aka The Jr. Walker Music Academy.
We hold auditions twice a month for aspiring singers, actors, dancers, writers, composers, models and musicians. We also interview for Recording Engineers who are interested in learning basic, intermediate and advanced Audio Technology. Once a student has been excepted into the program completed our 90 day program through a church, they have an opportunity to take FREE training classes with qualified professionals for one year.
We require all students to participate in our Annual Fund Raiser. Everyone participates by using the experiences they have learned in the Training Center. Each year our Board of Directors will put together the requirements for participation, by making it fun, innovative, creative and advantageous for all.
As Part of the new Division for SOTL we have a established our State of the Art Production Studio. All of our own books, stage plays, tv shows, movies, reality shows will be produced from in house allowing SOTL to become a full Production Studio that reaches out to bring change, create jobs and promote those with talent from within..
Upon completion of training all students will have pre-set auditions with Recording, Theater, Movie, Television, Modeling and Talent Managers that are established within SOTL Inc., Our Organization is structured and based solely on the Bible and its principals. We believe in teaching our students that true success starts with a strong foundation in God.
Our staff consists of men and women who believe in and are dedicated to reaching a dying world, changing lives, turning young adults around, and giving them a second chance. We want every individual that comes through the training center to go out a strong and determined Soldier. To find his or her purpose in life and fulfill it, so that they can help reach the masses of the lost and forgotten. Our mission is to birth SOLDIERS FOR THE LORD.
